Part 151 and Part 293 Consultations

The Department is proposing draft amendments to 25 C.F.R. Part 151 (Trust Land Acquisition) and 25 C.F.R. Part 293 (Class III Tribal State Gaming Compact Process) and is inviting Tribal Leaders to consult on these draft amendments. This is a Tribal Consultation and not open to the press.
