2021 Synthetic Biology Consortium Meeting

The Synthetic Biology Consortium meets annually to facilitate important discussions focused on synthetic biology and cultivate a culture of synthetic biology research at the NIH. The 2021 Synthetic Biology Consortium Meeting will build upon what was started at the first annual meeting by continuing to facilitate networking and collaboration among synthetic biology investigators. Attendees can use this meeting to collaborate with each other on current topics in synthetic biology and engage with NIH program directors. Also, the 2021 meeting will focus on deploying synthetic biology technologies for medical impact by connecting researchers with staff at the FDA to discuss translating synthetic biology research into clinical settings.
