What if you got COVID, then got the two shots, is the booster still recommended?

Covid cases now exist in pre schools. What is the direction in terms of vaccinations for children 4 and under?

Any idea when the booster will open up to the 11-15 year old group? Some of them are more than 6 months from their second shot.
