Typically for Aftercare they are newly housed or are housed and at risk of loosing their housing/ are looking for housing elsewhere

Connecticut has some home based health care where a VA team goes to the vat's home. I also transport the vet to important medical/mental health appointments.

Some VAs are able to provide free phone and/iPads as well. I can find out more about this.

I also have a company car which helps!

I am working with a homebound vet who is going to begin taking an online live stream Tai Chi class through the VA. I was able to find a resource to get him a computer. He's very excited.
