Hey Molly -- defining supports would be great for the program development and put into contract with Regional Service Providers, not necessarily rules. If we define supports in rule, we may end up tying our hands with what we can do in the future, if that makes sense. Happy to dive more into that if you wanna hear more.

Definitely something that we can define in the whole of the program implementation, though!
