If a client has a telehealth visit, do they still come in to self collect GC/Chlamydia, see provider for Pap, get labs, etc.? Is the health hx the only part done virtually? I also got on a few minutes late. Where are you located (what Health Dept)?

What about allergies for the partner? Is there not a liability issue there when giving medication for someone to give there partner(s)?

For walk in immunizations do you pull all records the client bring into NCIR or just the vaccines you give? Even if these are in other languages?

is your registration staff clinical staff or admin staff?

So the historical immunizations may not go in before the patients get their immunizations that day?

do you have less staff working the late clinic? If so, how many vs being fully staffed? Did it take a while for the late clinic to be booked?

how much time is allotted for the immunization visit?

Do you think advertising helped with patient numbers? Did you do a survey to see how clients heard about your services?
