Marshall Fire - Community Meeting on proposed updates to the Boulder County Land Use Code regarding Accessory Dwellings

Boulder County Community Planning & Permitting is hosting an information session on Thursday, June 16, 2022 from 6 to 7:30 p.m., on a proposed Land Use Code update which would allow an Accessory Dwelling to be built as part of the redevelopment of a property where the residence was destroyed by the Marshall Fire.

This meeting will focus on draft amendment text for Accessory Dwellings as part of the redevelopment of a property where the residence was destroyed by the Marshall Fire. County staff will provide review the proposed changes to the Land Use Code.
