Boulder County Commissioners' Public Hearing on Docket LU-22-0026: Jones Family Care Accessory Dwelling Unit

This hearing will be offered in a hybrid format. Attendees may participate virtually via Zoom, or in person at the Commissioners' Courthouse, 3rd Floor, 1325 Pearl Street, Boulder.

Docket Description:
Community Planning & Permitting Department Docket LU-22-0026: Jones Family Care Accessory Dwelling Unit; Limited Impact Special Use review for a Family Care Accessory Dwelling Unit on a 1.72-acre parcel. The proposal is submitted by Judy Jones (applicant/property owner) and is in the Rural Residential (RR) zoning district at 6605 N 63rd St (parcel no. 131734000006), located at the northwest corner of the intersection of N. 63rd St and Monarch Road, Section 34, Township 2N, Range 70W.
