The Project includes the demolition of the existing building to construct a new residential building containing approximately 85,000 sf of gross floor area and approximately 120 rental units, of which 20 will be affordable units. The Project will include approximately 9,500 sf of open space to serve the Project’s residents. Approximately 60 parking spaces will be provided in a partially at grade and below-grade garage. Ground level storage will be provided for approximately 120 bicycles.
